Matt Elsener is a senior vice president and chief risk officer at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment risk, operational risk and enterprise risk functions. Prior to joining PPM in 2017, Matt worked for Prudential plc in various roles across the investment management, corporate finance and investment risk functions, most recently as a senior manager on the investment oversight team, where he developed and implemented investment policy and performance monitoring and reporting. He earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska.
