Michael Welch is a senior managing director and head of global relationship management at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). In this role, he is responsible for business development and product development for clients globally. Prior to joining PPM in 2015, Michael worked with PPM’s affiliate company, Eastspring Investments, on the institutional business development team in the Americas. Previously, he worked in institutional sales for the Investment Management division of Lehman Brothers. Michael earned a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in economics and international business from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida. He is a CFA^® charterholder and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
