Thomas Fischer is a senior managing director and head of loan origination on the commercial real estate team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). In this role, he is responsible for originating and underwriting commercial mortgage loans as well as leading a national commercial mortgage loan production team. Prior to joining PPM in 2008, Thomas began his career with KeyBank Real Estate Capital. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual major in Finance/Banking and Real Estate at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Thomas holds the Chartered Realty Investor (CRI) designation.
