Thomas Fischer is a senior managing director and head of loan origination on the commercial real estate team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). In this role, he is responsible for originating and underwriting commercial mortgage loans as well as leading a national commercial mortgage loan origination team. Prior to his current role, Thomas was a member of the loan origination team focused on sourcing loan opportunities in the Western US. Prior to joining PPM in 2008, he began his career with KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual major in Finance/Banking and Real Estate at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He holds the Chartered Realty Investor (CRI) designation.
