Patrick Duda is a senior managing director and portfolio manager of portfolio strategy at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). He is responsible for the management of Jackson National Life Insurance Company’s investment grade corporate bond portfolio for both public and private investments. In this role, he determines the composition and positioning of the Jackson portfolio. Patrick also oversees Jackson’s external investment management partnerships, and is a portfolio manager on PPM’s investment grade private credit fund. Prior to his current role, Patrick was a portfolio manager for the firm’s liability solutions strategies and a member of the fixed income trading team. Prior to joining PPM in 2019, he co-managed investment grade portfolios at NISA Investment Advisors and previously worked in institutional debt capital markets at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch. Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a CFA® charterholder.
