Allison Nie is a vice president and analyst on the private and structured credit team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). She is responsible for analyzing and underwriting asset-backed finance investments including Collateralized Loan Obligations (“CLO’s”). Prior to joining PPM in 2019, Allison worked for Security Benefit Life Insurance Company as an investment analyst focusing on structured credit investing. She earned both a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in financial mathematics from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, and statistics from the University of Virginia. Allison is a CFA® charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
