Katlyn Nicolai is a vice president and portfolio manager on the private and structured credit team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). She leads a team of analysts focused on structured real estate securities including commercial mortgage-backed securities, private real estate investment trusts, ground leases and credit tenant leases. Prior to joining the private and structured credit team in 2017, Katlyn was an underwriter on PPM’s mortgage loan production team, where she developed a foundational skill set in commercial real estate that she brings to her current role. Katlyn earned a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship, commercial real estate development and finance from Central Michigan University.
