David Frizzie is a senior managing director and portfolio manager on the total return team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). David is responsible for providing relative value insight for both asset-backed securities (ABS) and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) as a structured product specialist and making investment recommendations for the firm’s total return strategies. Prior to joining PPM in 2004, he was an ABS analyst and an institutional separate account portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. David earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gettysburg College. He is a CFA® charterholder.
