Mark Staub is a senior partner at PPM America Capital Partners, the private equity arm of PPM America, Inc. (PPM). He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting co-investments and primary fund investment opportunities. Prior to joining PPM in 2001, Mark worked in the middle market leveraged finance group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen in the transaction advisory group. Mark earned a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and strategy from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
